Abstract:
This study identifies the factors affecting customers' intention to use dermatoglyphics service at VNC company. The findings of this study revealed that four of variables statistically influenced customers' intention to use dermatoglyphics service at VNC company, name all the four Reliability, Security, Usefulness and Ease of ues. This study provides useful information to the managers in understanding factors affecting customers' intention to use dermatoglyphics service. From that can help managers in making appropriate policies, strategies and solutions to rise the revenue.

INTRODUCTION:
In contemporary times, as science and technology continue to advance and improve people's quality of life, demands are also growing. In particular, the desire to learn about oneself, comprehend personality and intelligence signs associated with one's capacity for development, and so identify one's interests, aptitudes, strengths, and shortcomings. By making these points clear, people can concentrate on improving innate values and make wise investments in their own personal growth. Helping people "become the best version of themselves" by preventing them from wasting time on activities that are unsuitable for them is truly vital.
Researchers from a variety of fields have collaborated for decades to find solutions for this demand. The world acknowledges Dr. Harold Cummins, M.D. as the founder of "Dermatoglyphics," as scientists first established the link between human intelligence and fingerprints almost two centuries before 1823. The creation of fingerprints starts at week 13 of the embryonic stage and is finished by week 21, according to medical study. Dermal tract development and brain development happen at the same time. Numerous clinical research and professional specialists have attested to the validity of this theory.
Thus far, a very successful approach has served as a foundation for helping individuals learn about Dermatoglyphics, a trait unique to each individual, and to understand themselves. This software, which combines biological technology with fingerprint biometrics research methodology, has been introduced to the market and seems to be well-liked. As a result, there is a growing need for fingerprint biometrics-based self-discovery, and many people find them to be trustworthy.
LITERATURE REVIEW:
Intention to use the dermatoglyphic service: Customers now use their authority to scrutinize every offering made by vendors and select just those goods and services that best meet their needs (Ashok et al., 2016)1. The market has changed from being producer-oriented to being consumer-oriented, and many monopolies have essentially become oligopolies. The marketing managers are now required by this phenomenon to keep a close eye on the dynamics of consumer behavior (Ashish et al., 2011)2. Every consumer has an emotional attachment to their culture, and cultural characteristics have a big influence on how those motives evolve and manifest themselves in the way they make purchases (Debasis et al., 2017)3. The intention to keep utilizing the online platform is known as repurchase intention. Because of the intense competition, openness, and consumer empowerment, electronic retailers are dealing with a more serious issue with customer repurchases (Neeti et al., 2020)4. "Intention to Use" explains why the user is driven to work hard to finish every task (Ghozali et al., 2021)5. Customer satisfaction influences the user's intention to continue, and the decision to continue is comparable to what happens when a customer decides to make another purchase (Praveena et al., 2020)6. Thus, the intention to use a product or service is the subjective probability of a person perceiving the product or service from which they can make a decision thatthey may or may not perform certain behaviors. for future products or services.
The dermal ridge arrangement of the fingers, palms, and soles is known as dermatoglyphics. These patterns are specific to each person and are dictated by genetics. It may be viewed as a window for intrauterine and congenital anomalies. It has been investigated in dentistry to forecast conditions like periodontitis, gingival fibromatosis, malocclusions, and tooth caries (Santo et al., 2019)7
Previous Studies on Factors Affecting Consumer's Intention to use the dermatoglyphic service:
The problem of Consumer’s Intention to using the service has also been studied by many scholars around the world.
Praveena (2018)8 showed that the primary indicator of the intention to continue using Facebook is hedonic motivation. It has also been discovered that trust significantly affects satisfaction and intention to continue. It is discovered that the relationship between hedonic motivation and trust with regard to the continuing intention is somewhat mediated by satisfaction.
Manju et al (2019)9 focused to identify the driving forces behind degree college teachers' intentions to use ICT in the course of their work. Our study expands on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by including two more variables: social influence and facilitating conditions, both of which are expected to have an impact on the desire to use ICT. A sample of 145 college instructors who had attended at least one training session (minimum of 10 days) from any of the Teaching Learning Centers established under the PMMMNMTT plan was gathered from various institutions in the Delhi-NCR region. The relationship between the construct and the four components—perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, facilitating conditions, and social influence—was established by structural equation modeling.
Revels et al. (2010)10 developed an intention model for users of mobile services (m-services). Customers' intentions to utilize m-services are mostly motivated by their perceived usefulness and level of satisfaction. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that perceived usefulness is strongly predicted by perceived simplicity of use. Perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment all positively influence m-service user happiness, however perceived cost has a negative impact, according to this study. Alternatively, it was demonstrated that customers' happiness with m-services is not much impacted by perceived image. The study's overall conclusions add to the expanding body of knowledge about mobile services and help practitioners develop more effective plans for retaining their present clientele.

Customers' intentions to utilize m-services are mostly motivated by their perceived usefulness and level of satisfaction. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that perceived usefulness is strongly predicted by perceived simplicity of use. Perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment all positively influence m-service user happiness, however perceived cost has a negative impact, according to this study. Contrarily, it was shown that consumers' happiness with m-services is not much impacted by perceived image. The study's overall conclusions add to the expanding body of knowledge about m-services and help practitioners develop more effective plans for retaining present m-service customers.
Wittkowski et al. (2013)12 investigated why businesses plan to employ nonowner ship services by developing our theories through qualitative interviews with ten experts, which we subsequently tested with a survey. Our results support the hypothesis that firms' intentions to use nonowner ship services are influenced by a combination of nonfinancial (control over assets and access to cutting-edge technology and tools) and financial (tax efficiency and cash and liquid asset management) factors, with the latter serving as the primary motivator. Moreover, we demonstrate that when enterprises aim to lower the risk of obsolescence, the effect that the desire to obtain access to the newest technology and tools has on intentions to utilize nonowner ship services is improved (i.e., mitigated).
Intention to using the service have been mentioned in previous studies, which have made a positive contribution to finding out the factor effecting intention to using the service. However, these studies did not define the classification of Intention to using the service dermatoglyphic.
Research model and hypotheses:
Based on the researches of a conceptual model was developed which consisted of the determinants of Making decision to use dermatoglyphics service, the hypotheses are proposed:
Hypothesis H1: Reliability have a positive impact on Intention to use dermatoglyphics service.
Hypothesis H2: Security have a positive impact on Intention to use dermatoglyphics service.
Hypothesis H3: Ease of use have a positive impact on Intention to use dermatoglyphics service.
Hypothesis H4: Usefulness have a positive impact on Intention to use dermatoglyphics service.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
The research was carried out through 2 phases: Preliminary research and formal research. The preliminary research was carried out by group discussion with 20 customers of VNC Company. Based on combining with observed variables in previous studies on Making decision to use dermatoglyphics service that the author has synthesized, proceed to build a draft scale, based on a draft scale, the author conducts a discussion with a group of staff to discover additional new variables and remove the ones that do not agree, and unify the composition of the preliminary scale. In the quantitative research phase, the survey questionnaire method is used with a valid number of observations of 175. The quantitative analysis methods that will be used for the data analysis part include:
Testing the reliability of the scale by Cronbach's Alpha: This test reflects the degree of correlation between the observed variables in the same factor. The standard to test the reliability of the scale is that the measurement variables have the total correlation coefficient of Corrected Item - Total Correlation ≥ 0.3, then the variable meets the requirements.
Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA): This method helps to evaluate two important types of values of the scale: convergent value and discriminant value. The condition for exploratory factor analysis is to satisfy the following requirements: Factor loading > 0,5; KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) in the range 0,5 ≤ KMO ≤ 1, Bartlett test has statistical significance (Sig. < 0,05).
Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA): is one of the techniques that allow testing how well the measured variables represent the factors. The CFA method is used to confirm the univariate, multivariate, convergent, and discriminant validity of the factor scale.
Multiple Regression Analysis:
Multiple regression analysis is a statistical technique that used to analyze the relationship between the dependent variable and multiple independent variables, in which more than one independent variable is assumed to affect the dependent variable. In this multiple regression analysis, multiple independent variables of the study will be entered into the same types of regressions equation. A separate regression of each variable will calculated to define the relationship with the dependent variable. The relationship that occurs between each dependent variable and independent variable is linear. All the variables of the questionnaire are measured by likert scales. Multiple regressions will be calculated using the proposed formula to study the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variables.
RESULTS:
Testing The Reliability of Scale by Cronbach's Alpha:
After testing Cronbach's Alpha for 4 independent variables and 1 dependent variable in the research model (Table 1), all factors have Cronbach's Alpha coefficients that meet the requirements (>0.5) and no observed variables were excluded. The results of testing the reliability of the scale are summarized in Table 1. After testing the reliability coefficient of Cronbach's Alpha, all observed variables meet the requirements for EFA analysis.

Exploratory factor analysis (EFA):
The results of EFA analysis are shown in Table 2 with the KMO coefficient = 0.840; the Bartlett test value is significant (Sig < 0.05), all observed variables have factor loading coefficients greater than 0.5 so no variables are excluded.

Testing the correlation coefficient (R value):
The Multiple Regression Analysis is used to determine the significant relationships between independent variables and dependent variable.

Based on the Model Summary Table 3, the correlation coefficient (R value) for this research is 0.774. This means that the dependent variable strong positively affects independent variable because R value is positive value and 0.774 is fall under coefficient range ± 0,71 to ± 1.

In the ANOVA table 4, it shows that the F value of 65,372 greater than 5 and the p-value is 0.00 which is less than 0.05 (p< 0.05) so significant at the 0.05 level. The significance value was-is less than 0.05, an indication that the model was-is significant. In overall the regression model with those five independent variables is suitable for explaining the variation in Intention to use dermatoglyphics service.
Develop regression equation with standardized coefficients
The standardized coefficients predict the influence level of independent variables on Purchase Decision. We can be determined by the following regression equation with standardized coefficients as below:
Y = 0.478*X1 + 0.168*X2 + 0.284*X3 + 0.036X4
Or:
Intention to use dermatoglyphics service= 0.478*Reliability + 0.168*Security + 0.284*Usefulness + 0.036*Ease of use
DISCUSSION:
To verify the influence of major variables on the need for fingerprint biometric services. Based on the theoretical foundation and the customer's intended choice, a theoretical model is constructed and tested. The survey's analysis and findings demonstrate that the reliability and admissible value of the scales gauging the elements influencing consumers' intention to use the service are met. 20 observable variables, comprising 4 independent variables and 1 dependent variable, were investigated, and data were analyzed. When all variables are met, the outcome is complete. In particular, dependability, security, utility, and user-friendliness, with the intention to employ the dermatoglyphics service serving as the dependent variable. The intention of clients to employ dermatoglyphics services is influenced by these factors. To help increase the precision and dependability of services, dermatoglyphics analysis technology requires ongoing investment and research. Strict oversight and control are also necessary to guarantee data confidentiality, usefulness, and dependability while also guaranteeing adherence to laws protecting the privacy of personal information.

following are some suggestions for VNC Corporation to support the growth of the
market for dermatoglyphics services:
Companies should inform customers and staff about the advantages of utilizing dermatoglyphics services in order to present the benefits of fingerprint biometrics. This aids in consumers' and employees' understanding of the significance of utilizing this technology. investigates and creates novel features for fingerprint biometric index analysis services to enhance the precision and dependability of the service while catering to the various needs of visitors.
Improve your offline and online marketing and advertising efforts for dermatoglyphics services, and develop contests and giveaways to draw in new clients. To get clients interested in its products, the business needs to have a plan in place for their introduction and promotion. Providing targeted advantages will aid users in comprehending and utilizing the product appropriately.
Provide basic and premium service packages with a range of features so that clients can select the ones that best fit their demands and budgets. Improve client education and assistance so that they can utilize and benefit from the fingerprint biometric index analysis service's features to the fullest. To increase consumer trust, fortify the security and safety of customer data, and make sure that laws pertaining to the protection of personal information are followed.
Investigates and takes advantage of new opportunities, such as creating new goods and applications linked to fingerprint biometric index analysis services, all the while growing the market and focusing on clients in various sectors and industries. The Company might provide prospective clients with gifts, incentives, or promotions. This contributes to the product's increased appeal and draws in more new clients.
The organization ought to consistently do study and create offerings aimed at augmenting the progress and effectiveness of technology. Customers may find the service more appealing with new features. In order to enhance operational efficiency and make necessary adjustments to business plans, the organization must assess and analyze the effectiveness of the services it uses.
